Return Policy

Before opening your products, read the following instructions:

If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact UPS immediately at 800-742-5877 to file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging and merchandise exactly like you received them for UPS inspection. UPS will contact us once you file a claim and we will then ship you a replacement.

If your product has arrived defective, the manufacturers listed below will replace the item for you. Your new item comes with a one year warranty from the manufacturer of the product. It is your responsibility to contact the appropriate company and follow their procedures:

All musical instruments including guitars, keyboards, or school band instruments email Musicorp at  customerservice-musicorp@kmcmusic.com. If the manufacturer of your product is not listed above, call our customer service department at 330-436-3260 for further instructions.

If you are not satisfied and would like to return your product, we do not accept returns after 15 days. Returns can be for replacement, refund, or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All items returned must be in new condition and packaged in the original retail box in resalable condition. We do not accept returns on software for any reason. Contact the software's manufacturer if defective. We do not accept returns on  blown speakers. We do not accept returns on fog machines, snow machines or bubble machines once fluids have been used in them.

In the event you are returning an item to us, please adhere to the following steps:
  • Contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization number
  • Pack the item back into its original manufacturer’s box along with all parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, etc. If anything is missing, written on, taped, damaged, or defective, we will not be able to replace your item or offer a credit.
  • Once packaged back into the manufacturer’s box exactly like you received it, place the item in a shipping box and write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping box clearly, and address it to:

Please note: Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to you. Do not send back merchandise C.O.D. or freight collect. We can not accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return packages. Importers Direct, LLC.. is not responsible for returned shipments which are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
